What I actually think
Painting it pink helps nobody. I help leaders prepare for that reality with antifragility – and with a bet on what stays human. AI will eventually outperform us at almost everything; people will remain unbeatable at being people. The human-oriented professions are not the past of work, they are its future.
You need intelligence to use intelligence – real meta-cognition, which no rollout license includes. Useful AI does not emerge bottom-up from prompting courses. It comes from a strong, IT-centric AI backbone: enterprise integration, governance, evaluation. That is what I help companies build.
I have spent years calling out inflated claims – and I still think most companies underestimate what AI will do to their industry within a decade. Both are true. Your strategy lives in the gap between them.

Current frontiers
Autonomous agents are entering companies faster than anyone can govern them, and AI safety engineering is converging with cybersecurity. This is where I am pushing my own frontier – including collaborations with cybersecurity teams on what safe agent deployment actually requires.
